Job Description

1.Responsible for Quality Improvement and Optimization
2.Storage and Maintenance of Instruments and Measuring Tools
3.Customer Complaint Response and 8D Corrective Actions
4.Responsible for maintaining the company's management systems and verifying third-party inspection reports.
5.Training Department Personnel
6.Coordinate with the Production, Engineering, and Procurement departments to resolve quality issues.

Responsibilities

  • 1.Responsible for Quality Improvement and Optimization
  • 2.Storage and Maintenance of Instruments and Measuring Tools
  • 3.Customer Complaint Response and 8D Corrective Actions
  • 4.Responsible for maintaining the company's management systems and verifying third-party inspection reports.
  • 5.Training Department Personnel
  • 6.Coordinate with the Production, Engineering, and Procurement departments to resolve quality issues.

Requirements

  • 1.Associate's degree or higher; proficient in office software.
  • 2.Able to communicate in Mandarin
  • 3.Over 3 years of experience in quality management within the manufacturing industry.
  • 4.Familiar with management system documentation
  • 5.Familiar with hardware measuring instruments
  • 6.Able to write 8D reports
